Contents: Founded in 1950, the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights (LCCR) is a premier civil rights coalition, and has coordinated a national legislative campaign on behalf of every major civil rights law since 1957. Civilrights.org is a collaboration of the LCCR and the Leadership Conference on Civil Rights Education Fund (LCCREF). Its mission: to serve as the site of record for relevant and up-to-the minute civil rights news and information.
