Contents: The Coalition has been working with the United Nations to
create a permanent international criminal court which will
adjudicate crimes of war, genocide and crimes against humanity. The website is maintained by the World Federalist Movement and the Institute for Global Policy, and it reports on developments in the creation of this court. "The Monitor" gives current news on the status of negotiations, and there is a collection of documents from the U.N. (some available only in French), preparatory committee documents,
press releases, statements and reports from organizations
such as the American Bar Association, Amnesty International,
and the Women's Caucus of the Preparatory Committee, and
statements from a number of U.N. delegations on war crimes
and accountability. |
