Contents: The Intellectual Property Mall is a comprehensive website, produced by the Franklin Pierce Law Center, a law school well known for its strength in intellectual property. The best part of this site for most users is the IPMall Pointer Box, which arranges a broad array of relevant web links in ten major categories, including global directory of patent and trademark offices, international and U.S. IP web sites, trade secrets & technology transfer, and copyright. The list is extensive, as well as categorized with useful granularity. There is also much original content at this site, drawing on the work of faculty and students of FPLC, ranging from User Guides prepared by the Intellectual Property Library staff on frequently asked questions to Tools and Strategies written by law students. Patent bar exams since 1993 are also available full text at this site. The IPMall does a very good job in reaching its goal of being one stop shopping for intellectual property professionals in academia, business, and science, as well as for inventors and entrepreneurs. |
