Contents: Canada's National Clearinghouse on Tobacco and Health sponsors this site "designed to provide users with full access to major tobacco control laws in Canada including federal, provincial, and territorial legislation." The text of 17 statutes and 18 regulations as well as amending bills may be accessed via jurisdiction or subject index. Basic keyword or phrase searching is also available. In most cases, both French and English versions of the legislative texts are available. Users are advised that "documents on this site are not official copies of statutes and regulations." One section of the site, called "Analysis," is currently under construction.
