Contents: The UCLA Online Institute for Cyberspace Law and Policy web site provides resources for academics, attorneys, and students which identify compelling legal and policy issues in cyberspace law, generate solutions, and further cyberspace law as a separate discipline. This site includes a bibliography of articles concerning various subareas of cyberspace law such as cryptography, electronic commerce, obscenity, intellectual property, and privacy. A chronological review of developments in U.S. cyberspace law during the 1990's is offered with emphasis mostly on case law. Major cases and statutes concerning cyberspace law are also accessible and are organized within cyberspace subdisciplines such as privacy, freedom of expression, electronic commerce, jurisdiction, and safety. Most cases and selected articles are available in full-text.
