Contents: EIROnline is the on-line database for the European Industrial Relations Observatory (EIRO), which is a major project of European Foundation for the Improvement of Living and Working Conditions. EIRO is a network dedicated to promoting the flow of information between the 15 European Union (EU) Member States and Norway on developments in industrial relations in Europe. EIRO’s target audience includes industrial relations practitioners and policy-makers in EU institutions, trade unions and government departments, as well as academic and research communities. EIROnline provides coverage of all of the most significant events and issues on industrial relations in Europe, and has been for the last three years. Users of the database may browse the site’s two prominent sections, “In Brief” and “Features,” by country and date, get an overview of available information through the site map, or use EIROnline’s powerful search engine. The site is available in English, French, and German.
