Contents: The Internet Fraud Complaint Center (IFCC) website, devoted to addressing fraud committed over the Internet, is a partnership between the United States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center (NW3C). The IFCC site includes complaint forms for electronic submission and statistics regarding alleged category of fraud as well as victim and perpetrator information. A site map is available and contains hyperlinks to more detailed information about filing an Internet fraud complaint, what happens after filing, and methods for complaint resolution. A flow chart outlining the process of filing complaints is under construction. Icon hyperlinks to the FBI and NW3C web sites are provided.
