Contents: The Asian-Pacific Law and Policy Journal is published semi-annually, since February 2000. Each issue contains articles, commentary, case notes, and often translations of important legislation. Most of the articles deal with China and Japan; some cover legal developments in Southeast Asia and Korea. Topics are principally concerned with trade and legal reform. The Help page gives FAQs about the journal and website. In the table of contents the user can click on the article number to retrieve an abstract, displayed in a separate window. The site is searchable, with Boolean and wild-card capabilities. Overall, the website is in a format that is easy to navigate and view. |
