Contents: The National Coalition for the Prevention of Economic Crime is a non-profit organization that offers training in detecting and responding to fraud, and conducts research in conjunction with the National White Collar Crime Center. Intended for businesses, this website focuses on white collar crime, cyber attacks, and e-commerce fraud. The resources section provides links to other websites dealing with fraud, identity theft, consumer protection, and other legal and criminal justice sites. The "Fraud Bytes" page lists industries and types of contemporary economic fraud (e.g. non-delivery of goods, work-at-home schemes), but otherwise has no functions. Most of the website, which is to be updated monthly, serves to advertise the programs of the Coalition.
