Contents: Published since 2001, the electronic newsletter Ethics and Lawyering Today is a free current awareness service which alerts practicing American lawyers to developments in the various laws, rules of ethics, and other regulations that govern how attorneys practice today. Ethics and Lawyering.com contains the current and archived copies of each issue. Users may also subscribe to the service via e-mail. The newsletter is published roughly once a month, and contains between five to ten news items with commentary. A nice feature of the site is that it hosts its own copy of the text of court opinions, which means that visitors don’t have to log onto Lexis or Westlaw to read the decisions. The newsletter is easy to skim and interesting to read. It would be a useful e-mail subscription for practicing attorneys and legal researchers interested in ethics issues.
